Abbie Reynolds is the Aotearoa New Zealand Country Director for The Nature Conservancy, and a maven of sustainability and biodiversity work in New Zealand. She invests in companies and projects that align with her values and her aspirations for the future.

A successful company that has previously returned dividends to shareholders, Thankyou Payroll operates with strong social and environmental values. In 2022, the company processed more than $1.3 billion in payroll, served more than 7,000 businesses and 700 charities, and was valued at $7.5+ million. Hugh Davidson, co-founder of Thankyou Payroll, donated 1% of total business equity to the Share Collective.

Anna Guenther is the founder of crowdfunding platform PledgeMe. Since launching in 2015, PledgeMe has helped over 1,600 creative community and entrepreneurial campaigns raise almost $70 million.
Anna has also worked for MIT, Harvard, and is currently on parental leave from her role as the Women in Export Lead at NZTE.
